By using the UK company details plugin (the “plugin”) for Google Sheets™, you agree to be bound by these terms of service (the “terms”). if you do not agree to all of the terms, do not use the plugin.

2. Description of plugin

This add-on finds company names in your Google Sheets™ document and fills out data publicly available from Companies House such as Company Number, Name, Registered Address, Postcode, Accounting period, Incorporation Date, Previous Names, SIC Code, Striking Off, and more into other columns in the Google Sheets™ document.

3. Licence

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the plugin.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the plugin;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the plugin;
• rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the plugin;
• remove any proprietary notices or labels on the plugin; or
• use the plugin for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The plugin is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
